Cartier Women’s Initiative Science & Technology Pioneer Award supports women-led impact-driven deep tech startups globally. It recognises businesses built on scientific or technological advances with long R&D cycles, technology risk and positive impact. The award provides grant funding for first, second and third-place awardees, plus fellowship support including training, coaching, INSEAD programming, mentorship, media visibility and access to the Cartier Women’s Initiative community.

StartSpace Business Fundamentals Program is a free 8-week, in-person program in Melbourne for early-stage startup and SME founders building B2B businesses. It helps founders strengthen commercial, financial and operational foundations, including business models, pricing, sales, legal risk, cash flow, governance and operations. The program is fully subsidised, with no cost to participate, and accepts up to 15 teams. It is open to StartSpace members and non-members across Victoria’s startup and SME ecosystem.

The Melbourne Accelerator Program (MAP Accelerator) is a five-month startup accelerator run by the University of Melbourne for founders building scalable startups. Selected teams receive AUD $20,000 in equity-free funding, dedicated workspace, mentorship, strategic guidance, and access to the University of Melbourne’s network, experts and entrepreneurial ecosystem. The program is based in Melbourne and supports founders through structured programming focused on growth, leadership and traction. MAP accepts founders through multiple eligibility pathways, including University of Melbourne affiliates and selected non-university founders.
