The Forum Accelerator
Description
Forum Ventures Accelerator is a hands-on pre-seed accelerator focused on helping early-stage B2B SaaS and AI startups accelerate growth, refine go-to-market strategy, and become fundraising-ready with deep mentorship and investor introductions. Over approximately 15 weeks, founders work with experienced operators and managing directors who act like fractional co-founders, providing tailored guidance on product, customer acquisition, and fundraising preparation. Participating startups receive US $100,000 in funding on a post-money SAFE for ~7.5% equity when they join the program — with capital deployed upfront so teams can focus on execution. The accelerator is remote-first, anchored in North America (with hubs in New York City, San Francisco, and Toronto) and accessible to founders globally while offering optional in-person engagement.
Eligibility
Forum Ventures Accelerator is best suited for founders who: - Are building B2B SaaS or AI-focused software businesses with a clear business model and scalable potential. - Are at the pre-seed to early-seed stage with an MVP or early product and some signal of traction (beta users, pilots, early usage, or revenue). - Have raised less than about $500K in external funding and are ready for structured support to prepare for follow-on rounds. - Want deep, personalized mentorship and weekly engagement with operators, advisors, extensive mentor networks, and investor connections. - Are committed to working actively on product–market fit, customer acquisition motion, and fundraising milestones for ~3–4 months. The remote-first structure makes the program accessible from anywhere, but founders should be prepared for optional in-person sessions in major North American hubs as they arise.
