Z Fellows is a global, founder-focused fellowship program designed to support exceptional early-stage entrepreneurs from around the world as they build high-impact technology ventures. The program combines intensive mentorship, community support, workshops, and peer learning over a focused period, helping founders sharpen their strategy, strengthen their networks, and accelerate progress toward product–market fit and fundraising readiness. Unlike traditional accelerators tied to fixed locations or structured demo days, Z Fellows embraces a remote-friendly cohort model with optional in-person events when feasible. Participants benefit from access to seasoned operators, founders, and investors who provide tailored advice, accountability, and introductions that help drive real founder outcomes. Eligibility

Z Fellows is best suited for founders who: - Are building technology-driven companies with global potential, at pre-seed to early traction stages. - Have a clear idea or product direction and are committed to progressing their startup journey with structured mentor engagement. - Can commit time over the cohort period to community activities, learning sessions, and peer-to-peer interactions. - Are open to feedback and collaboration as they refine product, strategy, and fundraising approach. Come from diverse geographies — the program is remote-friendly and accepts founders from around the world, though some optional in-person activities may arise depending on the cohort. There are no strict revenue or incorporation prerequisites; the emphasis is on ambition, clarity of vision, and execution readiness.
